Send our standard application form to the copyright owner use to obtain permission to use photo and arrange a fee. Please advise what digital format you require the photo ie 300 DPI JPG

All photographs appearing in this photo library/ gallery are the exclusive property of the copyright owner and are protected under Australian and international copyright laws.


LICENSING
The photographs MAY NOT BE DOWNLOADED reproduced, copied, stored, manipulated projected, used or altered in any way, including without limitation any digitalisation or synthesizing of the images, alone or with any other material, by use of computer or other electronic means or any other method or means now or hereafter known, without the written permission of the copyright owner and payment of a fee or arrangement thereof.


IMAGE COSTS
The licensing fee for a particular image is dependent on it's usage and certain criteria such as print run, size, duration of usage and location need to be considered. You can discuss your own particular requirements with the copyright owner.


THIS IS AN INTERIM AGREEMENT
No images are within public domain. Use of any image as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration is a violation of copyright By entering this site you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Entrance to site is expressly on these conditions, which embodies all of the understandings and obligations between the parties.


OUR SERVICE
Our Library is available to any section of the public or agencies that wishes to promote a particular sport or pet or to be used in a respectful and positive manner. We offer clients a free CD Rom with their purchase of what they have brought/used.

All samples are available in digital format. We specialize in many different aspects of photography.
