Another First for the Silversuisse Team

WOW……. a massive Congrats to Mara & CH. Silversuisse Justin in Time. RA TK.S HTM.N aka Justin - the end result coming from Sydney Royal was Mara & Justin being awarded the Jack Goldstein Medallion (Gold) through their achievements in Obedience and Breed Classes through the Sydney Royal Show.

The man behind the award 'Jack Goldstein', it was his organising & drive that got Obedience going, with a good committee, to make rules, train Judges, and instructors. Jack was the one who got RASKC to accept Obedience as part of their Charter (SABDTC 1st Affiliated Club 1958. Hornsby 2nd 1959)

Jack was very influential within the Obedience scene in & around Sydney for many years as he also had the first ACO in NSW in 1961

with a dog who was Strathclyde White Fang who happened to be a White German Shepherd ..... this information has come from Dulcie Goldstein
